To ensure quality, Cisco do not provide repair on Cisco consumer products. If product is confirmed defective and within hardware warranty, there will be a one to one exchange. All unit exchange will be done at Funan DigitaLife Mall. However exchange cannot be done without the RMA replacement authorization.
To obtain the RMA replacement authorization, customers will have to call Cisco help desk toll free number at 800-120-4280 first to confirm if product is defective and an RMA replacement authorization will be issued. The help desk agent will advise the callers on the unit exchange procedure.
